- Renting yachts on a daily basis
- Evening sail experiences
- Company retreats
- Personal celebrations
- Extended charters spanning multiple days
Service availability is contingent upon various factors, and we maintain the right to adjust or discontinue services with prior notice.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
To confirm a yacht charter, you need to:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Provide truthful and complete details
- Make a deposit as detailed in the booking confirmation
- Accept these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once payment is made and we have provided written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone at our discretion.
3.3 Availability
Charters depend on vessel availability and favorable weather. We will endeavor to comply with your preferred dates and times.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All listed prices are in € and include taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices can be modified without prior notice.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Initial deposit: 50% of the full charter cost at the time of booking
- Final payment: Payable 48 hours before the charter sets sail
- Incidental charges (if applicable): Due upon charter completion
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified bank drafts. Our payment processing utilizes secure and encrypted systems.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement less transaction fees
- Between 24-72 hours before departure: 50% of the total cost is refunded
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund is granted
5.2 Weather Cancellations
Should our captain consider the weather conditions unsafe, we provide the options to:
- Postpone the charter to another available date without additional charges
- Issue a full refund if rescheduling is unfeasible
5.3 Mechanical Issues
If mechanical issues occur with the assigned vessel, our goal is to offer a comparable substitute. If no substitutes are available, a complete reimbursement will be issued.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All guests must:
- Adhere to all instructions given by the crew
- Use the provided safety gear when instructed
- Inform us of any medical conditions impacting their safety
- Stay within designated areas on the vessel
6.2 Prohibited Items
Items not allowed on board include:
- Glass containers
- Illicit drugs
- Weapons or firearms
- Non-permissible beverages
- Pets (unless given prior permission)
6.3 Conduct
All passengers are required to behave respectfully. We retain the right to call off a charter prematurely without a refund if any passenger's conduct is considered a safety hazard or interrupts the enjoyment of others.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our liability is confined to the amount paid for your charter service. We are not accountable for:
- Injuries incurred due to passenger misconduct
- The loss of or damage to personal belongings
- Secondary, consequential, or punitive damages
- Delays resulting from adverse weather or situations out of our control
7.2 Insurance Coverage
We have comprehensive maritime insurance for our vessels and operations. Passengers are urged to secure their own travel and personal insurance coverage.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
When you participate in our charter services, you recognize the inherent risks of marine activities and take on the responsibility for your own safety and well-being.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We have the prerogative to switch itineraries, paths, or timetables depending on weather conditions, safety, or operational needs. We will strive to offer similar alternative experiences where necessary.
9. Force Majeure
Factors out of our control that may cause delays, cancellations, or changes to the service include, but are not limited to:
- Extreme weather events
- Natural catastrophes
- Governmental regulations
- Port closures
- Technical breakdowns
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is managed in line with our Privacy Policy. Using our services signifies your approval of the collection and employment of your data as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
